Refund policy

As described in Paragraph 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Supplier (i.e., Graniti Maurino SA) is not obligated to accept the return of excess or defective goods ordered and delivered in accordance with the contract. There is no obligation to take back and no dispute will be accepted for the material placed.

However, it is given to the Supplier, upon written agreement with the Buyer, to accept the return of goods with credit.

For this reason, before proceeding with the purchase, Graniti Maurino SA invites Buyers to consider viewing the goods live at the company's warehouse. In fact, it is also possible to pay for the goods directly on the spot and pick them up immediately afterwards.
